The current standard of DVD-R General allows it to be played on most machines purchased within the last 3 years.

If your DVD player is over 3 years old, it may not play this DVD.

If you don't have the capability to watch these DVDs today, you surely will someday in the future. These DVDs will wait. They are an archived snapshot of the state of the art in Freestyle, played in ideal conditions by the world's best players. It will not be available on VHS tape.

The DVD menu structure allows you to rapidly find the Freestyle Routine of interest. You can compare a team's routine in the Preliminary, Semi-Final, and Final round of competition.

Most DVD players allow slow motion and frame by frame viewing.
